Webmonsters

Webmonsters is a close knit group of senior Engineering and Operations leaders from web-scale companies.  The community was started by 'webmasters' in 1995 and holds annual by-invitation conferences.  The purpose of these conferences is to connect & share best practices, pitfalls and experiences gained with large scale Internet systems; sessions also cover soft-skills such as leadership and behavioral best practices for engineering teams.
